Description: In following up the GK upload from a bit ago, here is the version of March 16, 1976 from the Blackout archives.  I received a copy of this years ago on cassette when it first began circulating, and this particular copy was billed as low gen, but I've no real way to confirm.  When I went back to my version of this, I noticed that the banter in TVC-15 was really a bit too slow, so I went back and re-ran it and found with the speed correction noted above, everything seemed just right.
As for the show itself, those who've heard it know it is one of the best of the Station tour, with the banter before Sister Midnight where Bowie references coming back to the Tower Theatre later in the year, and the intro to TVC-15 which explains the concept behind the song.  Bowie also delivers (the Iggy Tour, although he does not say this...) a really nice band intro, longer than usual where he mentions George Murray's new 'Christian Dior' jacket.  Classic!!  In any event, enjoy this speed corrected version, which I think makes a big improvement.  One other note - for years I saw that this show was also billed as March 15th on CDR trade lists, so I am not positive this is from the 16th or the 15th.  However, when I did trade for the 15th, it was definitely the same show as this one (ie there are not 2 different shows that circulate, just the one from the 2 nights in Philly). From the Blackout archives.
